We are seeking a proactive and adaptable HR / Admin Assistant to support day-to-day operations across HR, administration, ESG data collection and our Integrated Management System (IMS). This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions, is highly organised, and comfortable switching between tasks. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining high standards in HR, quality management and ESG reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesHR & General AdministrationProvide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, preparing documentation, and assisting with onboarding/offboarding processesSupport recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, developing job descriptions, and handling candidate queries.Support staff with development goals such as training interests etcLiaising with other departments and site teams re onboarding of staffMaintain general office administrationESG Data Collection & ReportingAssist in gathering, organising, and validating ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) data across departments and sites.Support the preparation of ESG reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries as per Dussmann requirementsFollow defined ESG data collection processes and help identify improvements in how data is captured or storedLiaise with project teams and managers to ensure timely submission of ESG data.Quality Management & IMS SupportSupport the maintenance of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001).Assist with document control, ensuring policies, procedures, and forms are up to date, and compliant with standardsHelp schedule, prepare for, and follow up on audits (internal/external).Record non-conformances and opportunities for improvement, as well as ensuring accurate tracking and timely closureContribute to ongoing continuous improvement and targets within the IMSSkills & AttributesOrganised and attention to detailFeeling comfortable to engage in person/by phone with employeesOpen communication, willing to learn, positive and enthusiastic about finding solutionsVersatile and willing to take on varied tasks across HR, ESG, and quality/IMS.Comfortable handling data and highly confidential informationAbility to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment.Team player who is looking for a great work atmosphereExperience & RequirementsPrevious experience in an HR, administrative, compliance support role (desirable but not essential)Familiarity with ISO standards and/or ESG concepts is an advantage but not essential and training will be providedProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint)What We OfferA varied and dynamic role with exposure to multiple business functions.Training and development in HR, ESG and Quality/IMS systems.Opportunity to contribute to meaningful sustainability and organisational improvement goals.Supportive team environment with room for growthJob Type: Full-timePay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionEmployee assistance programWork Location: In person
