Booking and Travel Coordinator is required for busy Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work from client's South Dublin Head Office.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing travel and accommodation arrangements efficiently and professionally.
Duties
Coordinate travel and accommodation requests for employees and executives, ensuring schedules align with project requirements.
Arrange travel, including flights, rental cars, and hotel bookings, while liaising with landlords or estate agents for longer stays.
Maintain detailed records of travel arrangements, spreadsheets, and calendars.
Work closely with travel providers to manage bookings, changes, or cancellations.
Generate accurate monthly reports for the payroll team.
Occasionally cover reception duties as needed.
Required
Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
Proven experience in a travel coordination or similar role.
Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously, including flights, hotels, and long-term accommodations.
A proactive, team-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Familiarity with travel booking software or systems.
Awareness of international travel regulations, customs, and currency processes.
