We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional to join our kitchen team at Glengara Park Nursing Home in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious and nutritious meals for our residents, while adhering to high health and safety standards.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and prepare hot and cold meals as required
* Consult with the PIC when planning menus to ensure a balanced diet
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
Requirements:
* Formal training in HACCP and food hygiene regulations
* Experience in a nursing home or hospital environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
