The role involves overseeing the accuracy and consistency of information and reporting across the governance structure.
* Ensure that project data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
* Implement control frameworks to monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators.
* Provide strategic recommendations based on project performance analysis.
* Strong project management skills with experience in managing large complex projects.
* Good understanding of legislation and technical guidance in estates, including building, planning, health and safety, and fire safety regulations.
* A good knowledge of modern construction methods and digital tools.
Benefits include a competitive annual salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 dependent on experience and qualifications.
