Residential Support Worker – Adult Intellectual Disability Services RSW****
A Residential Support Worker will provide person-centred support to adults with intellectual disabilities within a community residential setting in Tipperary Town.
The role involves supporting residents to achieve maximum independence, maintain dignity and wellbeing, and participate fully in home and community life.
This part-time position comprises ***** hours over a 4-week roster cycle, split across two residential houses.
Flexibility is required to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, sleepovers, and public holidays.
The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and support the implementation of individualised care and support plans in line with HIQA standards and organisational policies.
Relief shifts may also be available across additional residential services.
