Job Title: Culinary Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional food and customer service in our kitchens and service counters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare delicious food to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all menu items.
* Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain impeccable food and customer service standards.
* Oversee the efficiency of all in-unit catering operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and implementing action plans to drive sales growth.
* Communicate regularly with line managers to monitor KPIs and targets, and represent the company in maintaining a positive brand image.
* Identify opportunities for new food or service concepts to drive sales, liaising between customers and culinary teams to exceed expectations.
* Support and train teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone can excel in their role.
* Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of two years' experience in a similar culinary leadership role.
* Proven experience in managing teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and driving sales growth.
* A Basic Food Hygiene certificate is essential, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Financial acumen, with a focus on managing budgets and monitoring expenses.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
