We are seeking
experienced Complaints Agents
to join a dedicated
Customer Care team
for a major migration project in the banking sector. This team will play a crucial role in managing migration-related complaints, ensuring customers receive accurate, empathetic, and timely responses.
Responsibilities
* Handle and resolve customer complaints related to the migration process.
* Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication to customers at all times.
* Investigate issues, ensuring accurate resolution in line with internal policies and regulatory standards.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure service levels and timelines are met.
Requirements
* Previous experience in
complaints handling, customer care, or banking/financial services
.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive customer issues.
* Must be available to start immediately.
* Familiarity with regulated environments (banking/financial services) desirable.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and empathy.
