My client is a growing MEP Contracting business which has expanded steadily over the past 5yrs both nationally and internationally. They are currently hiring for a key position within the business and require an experienced MEP Lead for a large commercial & industrial development in North Co, Dublin. Ideally you will come from an Electrical Engineering and construction background with a good understanding and experience of managing Mechanical Sub Contract packages on large projects. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities under his/her remit; Subcontract and Procurement Management Programme and site delivery - produce and maintain the M&E Construction Programme, integrated into the main construction programme. Commercial Management - Monitor M&E Project costs against approved budget. Working with commercial team in maximising recovery of claims and variations Quality, Safety & Compliance Stakeholder Management & Reporting - Act as the main point of contact for the Main Contractors project team. This is a key role within this growing business who have made a name for themselves in a niche market with extensive work secured in the region.
