Our client based in Co Louth is seeking a Medical Secretary Administrator on a Temporary contract.
Part time role.
Job Title: Medical Secretary Administrator
General Administrative Duties:
Typing appointment letters and sending reminder text messages
Co-ordinating appointments and clinics
Gathering information, updating charts and the in-house database
General medical administration duties: typing, filing, copying & scanning
Using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Required / Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
3+ years medical administration experience is required
Leaving Certificate Examination or an equivalent standard examination
Satisfactory relevant experience encompassing demonstrable equivalent skills
Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Excellent keyboard skills
Professional knowledge/experience to date
Planning and organisational skills
Medical diploma is an advantage
Must be available immediately or with 1 week's notice
