Pharmaceutical Care Specialist
We are currently seeking a Pharmaceutical Care Specialist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care and optimize medication management for patients under our care.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the highest priority is given to patient safety and well-being at all times.
2. Contribute to the development and delivery of a clinical pharmacy service, including prescription review, patient education, and documentation of clinical interventions.
3. Support the efficient operation of the Dispensary, participating in and supervising procurement, storage, supply, and dispensing of pharmaceuticals and related items.
Requirements:
* Be registered with the pharmaceutical society or be entitled to registration.
* Possess specialized knowledge and ability, including suitability and management skills, necessary for proper role discharge.
