Role: Business Analyst - Data Enablement
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Mode of working: Hybrid (2 days/week onsite)
Type of hiring: Contract
Duration: 6 months with possible extension.
Experienced Business Analyst required for a new multi-year data regulatory initiative, operating across GDAO, Finance, Risk & Corporate & Commercial divisions from requirement inception to delivery. This role is particularly focused on delivery of Customer & Collateral data to service multiple regulatory reporting asks.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with Business units, PO and key stakeholders in defining / refining requirements – i.e. gather, document, and priorities
- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to identify existing challenges and gaps
- Support definition of Op model changes to improve current processes and data capture
- Work with Data solutions design teams to generate user story backlog through JIRA
- Adhere to DEX lifecycle and own key requirements artefacts
- Assist test resources in translating requirements and user stories into test scenarios / expected results for UAT
Experience with agile tooling and delivery environment is beneficial.
