The Conference and Events Sales Manager will spearhead proactive and reactive sales initiatives for hotel meetings, conferences, weddings, and events.
This role focuses on developing the conference and corporate events portfolio, maximizing revenue and conversion, and ensuring seamless delivery through effective handovers to operations.
In this leadership position, you will lead a team of Event Sales Executives, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management while collaborating with Cluster Business Development Managers and the Revenue team to shape product offerings, pricing strategies, and sales tactics.
