Our services include Custom PC building, desktop, laptop, mobile phone, and watch repairs, as well as cost-effective upgrades to give older devices a new lease of life.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, commissions based role in Dublin for a Repair Technician. The Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electronic devices, performing maintenance on equipment, handling customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction, and troubleshooting hardware issues for a variety of devices including desktops, laptops, mobile phones, and watches. The technician will also be expected to work with precision and maintain a strong focus on quality and service delivery.QualificationsExperience in Appliance Repair and Equipment MaintenanceExperience and knowledge building Custom PC's and working with parts.Minimum 2+ years experience of working with hardware, computing, or education in relevant field.Strong skills in Troubleshooting hardware and technical issuesProficiency in Communication and a customer-focused approach to ensure Customer SatisfactionDetail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervisionBackground in Electronics, IT or Hardware Repair is highly desirable.Technical certifications or education is a plus but not essential.Clean Driving License EssentialAble to travel according to job commissions.This job would also be suitable to students knowledgeable with device repairs.
