Construction Site Director
This position oversees site workforce management, delivering projects to the highest standards on time and in line with specifications. The role involves managing construction operations on designated sites, ensuring compliance with building regulations and company standards, and coordinating day-to-day site activities and subcontractor operations.
* Manage projects from design phase through to handover.
* Organize and lead design coordination workshops with consultants and trade contractors.
* Ensure design is fully coordinated prior to site commencement where possible.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in construction project management. They must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain high standards of quality assurance. This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with Contracts Managers, Site Managers, Design Teams, and other stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
