Demand Planning Specialist
Job Description
* Lead the Factory SIOP Process: Drive demand planning and factory production schedules to ensure optimal inventory management.
* Manage Fulfillment of Demand Plan: Oversee the delivery of customer requirements to meet or exceed expectations.
* Sustain Production Capacity: Optimize labor, materials, and production downtime to minimize changeovers and maximize efficiency.
Benchmark Performance Metrics
* Inventory availability: >95%
* Production against plan: >95% - Week and Month capacity utilization to plan - MLO (Material/Labor/OH)
* Forecast accuracy: Variations and drop-off management

* Real-Time Reporting: Critical demand planning model development Activity & Structure: SIOP demand planning monthly cycle Factory production scheduling Capacity / Labour Optimisation Regional inventory supply planning FG inventory pipeline management
