Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide maintenance and technical support for automated machinery and production systems.
* Respond promptly to system failures to minimize downtime.
* Perform planned preventative maintenance and tool changes according to schedules.
* Develop, modify, and optimize PLC and robot programs (Omron, Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB, Kuka).
* Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and performance.
* Maintain and update machine safety systems, replacing or repairing components as needed.
* Source and manage spare parts for mechanical and electrical equipment.
* Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards.
