With 30 years of hospitality excellence and an exciting expansion ahead, we're looking for a dynamic Reservations Manager to join our growing team.
The Role
We're seeking an experienced and strategic Reservations Manager to lead our reservations and events sales operation on a full-time, permanent basis.
You'll be responsible for maximizing revenue across room bookings, corporate events, weddings, and live entertainment while managing relationships with key clients and online distribution channels.
This senior role combines strategic oversight with hands-on sales execution, perfect for someone who thrives on achieving results while building a high-performing reservations function in a dynamic, growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Reservations Management
Work closely with Revenue Manager to implement pricing strategies
Analyse booking patterns and forecasting to inform business decisions
Events & Function Sales
Working under the guidance of the Director of Sales and Marketing
CASK Venue Sales: Convert inquiries for live music events, corporate parties, and alternative weddings
Hotel Function Rooms: Sell corporate meetings, conferences, seminars, and private celebrations
Nelligan's Bar & Restaurant: Coordinate dining events, themed nights, and private gatherings
Develop competitive proposals that maximize revenue while meeting client needs
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and event planners
Business Development & Client Relations
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across all market segments
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners
Conduct site visits and venue tours for prospective clients
Network within the local business community to generate leads
Handle VIP bookings and high-value client relationships personally
Marketing Collaboration
Work with marketing team on promotional campaigns and special offers
Provide market intelligence and sales insights to inform marketing strategy
Create packages and promotions that drive bookings during low periods
Contribute to content creation showcasing our venues and experiences
What We're Looking For
Experience in hotel reservations, sales, or revenue management
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals
Experience with hotel property management systems and channel management and advantage
Strong leadership skills with experience managing or supervising teams
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Full-time availability including flexibility for events and client meetings
Familiarity with the Limerick market and local business community
