Electrical Systems Engineering Director
This is a challenging and rewarding leadership role that requires a deep understanding of electrical systems, construction techniques, and proven leadership abilities. The successful candidate will oversee and lead a team of engineers focused on the design and fitout of electrical systems in modular units.
* Leadership and Team Management: Manage a team of engineers to execute electrical tasks for modular units, set clear objectives, and provide technical guidance.
* Electrical System Oversight: Manage the coordination of electrical designs, review and approve technical designs, and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
* Project Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with other project teams to integrate electrical systems efficiently and meet overall project requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, minimum 7-10 years of experience in electrical engineering roles, and at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity within construction or similar industries.
