Job Title: Executive Support Officer
Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Executive Support Officer to join our team. As an integral part of our office operations, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting senior management with organisational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee general office maintenance, including coordinating with service providers as needed.
* Manage office supplies, including ordering, restocking, and vendor communication.
* Assist with diary management, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
* Provide administrative support to senior management and project teams.
* Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
* Assist with health and safety administration and training coordination.
* Perform bookkeeping and accounts-related tasks using Sage software.
* Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and post.
* Undertake general ad-hoc duties to support daily office operations.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in an office administration role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
* The ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively.
* A professional and approachable demeanour.
* A positive, motivated attitude and willingness to learn.
* Good written skills for correspondence and documentation.
* Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience using Sage or similar accounting software is advantageous.
* A minimum of an Advanced or Higher Certificate in Business Administration or related field.
