Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 4 years' experience in Deli Management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor margins, control waste, and drive profitability.
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with excellent time management skills.
