Pastries Specialist:

* Create seasonal dessert menus with the Head Chef.
* Maintain consistency, portion control, and presentation standards.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in a pastry role, strong creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for Irish ingredients.
Section Manager:
* Manage your designated section efficiently and consistently.
* Prepare dishes to a high standard according to our specifications.
* Contribute creative ideas to menu development.
The ideal candidate has strong organisational skills, a commitment to excellence, and ability to work well under pressure.
Junior Culinary Assistant:
* Support senior chefs in daily food preparation.
* Follow guidance on basic cooking and kitchen tasks.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area.
The ideal candidate has some previous kitchen experience, is willing to learn, and has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
