Job Title: Senior Project Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to oversee major nationwide projects in the joinery and fit-out sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex, high-value installations on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning & Pre-Construction: Lead full project lifecycle planning across multiple concurrent projects, reviewing architectural drawings, joinery production drawings, technical details, and scope packages.
* Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all client-side communication, managing expectations, negotiating timelines, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
* Workshop Coordination: Liaise closely with the joinery workshop to ensure accurate fabrication of bespoke elements, monitoring production schedules and overseeing quality checks.
* On-Site Installation Management: Plan and coordinate all installation phases across retail, hospitality, and commercial projects nationwide, managing installation crews and ensuring all site work aligns with drawings, design intent, and quality requirements.
* Budget, Cost & Resource Control: Manage project budgets, cost variations, labour projections, and resource allocation, working closely with the QS team to deliver projects on or under budget.
Requirements:
* 1012+ years experience in project management within joinery, fit-out, construction, or furniture manufacturing.
* Strong understanding of bespoke joinery, workshop processes, and premium commercial installations.
* Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate detailed construction and joinery drawings.
* Proven track record managing large-scale or multi-site projects.
