Position Overview:

The Spare Parts Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring efficient and timely delivery of parts for Zetta Home Services. This position is responsible for sourcing, ordering, tracking, and managing all spare parts required for service jobs. The coordinator will also manage communication between suppliers, schedulers, and field engineers to ensure that service appointments are efficiently rescheduled once parts are received.

Key Responsibilities:

Parts Coordination & Ordering:

* Identify required spare parts based on service reports and field engineer feedback.
* Place orders with approved suppliers and manufacturers.
* Ensure all orders are placed accurately and in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
* Tracking & Inventory Management:
* Track all parts orders through to delivery, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Label and organize incoming parts in the designated storage area.
* Maintain accurate inventory levels and update records in the internal management system.
* Conduct periodic stock checks to ensure accuracy and availability of frequently used parts.
* Scheduling & Job Coordination:
* Communicate with schedulers to reschedule service jobs once parts are received.
* Ensure field engineers have the correct parts before dispatch.
* Monitor and follow up on delayed or backordered items to prevent service disruptions.
* Supplier & Communication Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure prompt service and competitive pricing.
* Provide regular updates to field engineers, schedulers, and operations teams on order statuses and expected delivery dates.
* Documentation & Reporting:
* Maintain clear records of all orders, deliveries, and associated costs.
* Prepare periodic reports on parts usage, costs, and supplier performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a coordination, logistics, or inventory management role .
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €32,000.00 per year
