Technical Support Specialist
This role involves providing frontline support to computer systems users.
Duties include:
* Providing technical assistance via electronic communications and phone calls
* Troubleshooting issues with Windows, Microsoft 365 technologies, and network infrastructure
* Managing helpdesk tickets and prioritizing tasks
* Logging and resolving support call information and solutions
* Participating in business and IT projects as required
A strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, Group Policy, and Office 365 is essential for success in this role.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in technical support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
