Job Overview


We are seeking an individual to support our busy talent acquisition team. The successful candidate will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline the hiring process and ensure every candidate has a great experience.


Responsibilities



* Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with candidates.

* Arrange interview panels, book meeting rooms, and handle last-minute changes.

* Maintain accurate recruitment data in our HR system and provide reports when needed.

* Welcome candidates onsite and ensure they have a positive office experience.

* Support job postings, templates, and general recruitment process needs.

* Assist with recruitment projects, events, and vendor coordination.


Requirements



* At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

* Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Ability to multitask and stay organized.

* Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and HR tools.

* Knowledge of recruitment and HR systems.
