Job Role: Administrative Assistant

This is a key position within our organization, requiring the provision of administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Execute daily office duties, including correspondence, post, typing, and photocopying tasks.
* Manage all inquiries, telephone calls, and complaints, prioritizing tasks and maintaining supervisors informed.
* Draft and issue letters, memos, and general information to internal customers, clients, and the public.
* Update and maintain local databases and records with discretion and confidentiality.

Requirements:

* Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
