Commercial Heating and Cooling Technician
As a skilled tradesperson, you will work as part of a team carrying out maintenance services on commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance of heating and cooling equipment.
* Diagnose problems with HVAC systems and recommend repairs or replacements.
* Communicate with management regarding procedures and/or status of work orders.
* Inspect HVAC systems and their components to evaluate condition and recommend repairs.
Requirements:
* Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Qualification
* Minimum 2 years post-apprenticeship experience
* Valid driver's license
