Job Description:
We are recruiting 4 full-time Social Care Workers for a community-based role in Bray, Co. Wicklow. The team will provide consistent, person-centred, autism-specific support to a female service user, following her care plan, Positive Behaviour Support Plan, and stress management plan.
Staff will work on a regular rolling roster and be part of a consistent team led by a HSE Social Care Leader and Social Care Manager. Night shifts are based in a nearby office, with duties including periodic visual checks on the service user in her home.
Requirements:
* CORU Registered Social Care Worker
* Experience supporting adults with autism
* Training in positive behaviour support and safe medication management
* Full driving license
* Right to live and work in Ireland
