Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Insurance Representative to join us in our Long Mile Road Branch
Joining us as a Senior Insurance Representative, you will support the Branch Manager in managing all aspects of the Branch Sales Office to achieve the required performance levels across sales revenue and growth targets. You will also deputise for the Branch Manager when they are undertaking field activities / annual leave.
What you'll be doing:
* Support the Branch manager in managing all aspects of the Branch Sales Office, proactively promoting a One Stop AXA Shop for all Retail and (segmented) Commercial Insurance, to deliver key objectives as set out in the Branch business activity plan.
* Play a key role in driving branch profitability and sustainability, with strong premium and PIF local market growth, through a highly visible and local, market and community presence.
* Deliver a professional, sales focused 'face to face' customer experience, ensuring the branch is fully optimised within the locality, to engage, acquire and retain customers.
* Deliver technical training & coaching in order to support branch managers and staff to reduce leakage & risk acceptance issues.
* Support full resource utilisation through a combination of footfall, inbound and outbound telephony, together with fulfilment activity.
* Ensure maximum value is realised from every customer engagement through full cross sell and upsell optimization.
* Promote simplification and facilitate self-service, customer-first convenience, with a 'human touch' approach and support within the local community, eliminating inefficient, non-value branch activities.
* Supporting Branch Growth by developing trusted and sustainable relationships through proactive business, community, and affinity engagement.
* Assist the Branch Manager with efficient prioritisation of workloads and resources to deliver key objectives, including product specific initiatives.
* Ensure adherence to all regulatory /legislative requirements and governance procedures / policies, to conduct business in a fully compliant manner.
* Ensure adherence to branch cash handling and expense procedures.
* Participate in cross functional departmental projects when required.
* Identify market trends through local data analysis and provide feedback / insight for change consideration.
What we're looking for:
* Leaving Certificate including English and Maths pass [Essential]
* Personal and Commercial APA [Essential]
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar / financial services role.
* Understanding of Insurance Retail & Commercial products.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the Republic of Ireland
