Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the smooth running of the stores, working collaboratively with the Regional Store Manager to set and achieve sales targets.

* Induct and train new employees to the highest standards in all aspects of their role.

* Ensure security and health and safety standards are upheld, protecting customers and employees through providing a safe store environment.

* Manage employee rostering, annual leave, and stock control, practicing good GDPR measures.
">
* Maintain high merchandising and presentation standards, adhering to relevant store planograms and guidelines.

* Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working with a positive attitude.

Requirements

* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a dynamic retail management position.

* Proven skills in managing people and communicating effectively.

* A proven track record of hitting KPIs/targets.

* Hands-on exposure to stock management, financial management & reporting systems.

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
