Job Title: Service Operations Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and skilled professional to join our team as a Service Operations Manager. As a key member of our service operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day service operations for R&M projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2+ years experience in a relevant role (service, operations, or administration).
* Technical knowledge of the industry and understanding of site terminology.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Experience in procurement and scheduling is highly desirable.
* Able to take initiative, solve problems, and drive process improvements.
* Comfortable liaising with engineers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate day-to-day service operations for R&M projects.
* Schedule jobs, track orders, and manage procurement processes.
* Allocate work to engineers and follow up on job completion and reporting.
* Liaise with suppliers, confirm pricing, and support invoicing.
* Help set up and maintain new operational processes and systems.
* Support small project delivery and ensure smooth running of service activities.
* Take ownership of administrative tasks and drive improvements in efficiency.
