Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Data Operations & Platforms teams.
Main Responsibilities:
* Direct the day-to-day management and optimisation of our bank's Data & Analytics operations, ensuring data quality, availability, and reliability to support business operations, regulatory reporting, and Analytics.
* Oversee the monitoring, optimisation, and maintenance of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing/lake solutions to ensure accurate data capture, storage, and accessibility.
* Implement rigorous audit controls for data processes and analytics to assure the integrity and accuracy of data used in regulatory reporting and financial disclosures.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven leadership experience in data operations and platforms.
* Strong understanding of data engineering, regulatory data provision, and data governance.
* Able to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the Data Operations team.
