Junior Engineer
Location: Galway

Inform3 are currently recruiting a Junior Engineer for civil projects based in Galway.
Our client is a well-established and highly respected contractor with extensive experience in the civil engineering sector.
Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline in the Galway area, they are seeking a motivated and ambitious engineer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise closely with Site Management and project stakeholders
Review and interpret site drawings and specifications
Set out works accurately and efficiently, ensuring high standards are maintained
Supervise and coordinate site teams, ensuring clear communication at all times
Coordinate plant, machinery, and equipment on site
Order materials as required and manage deliveries
Ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications
Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and company policies
Conduct site inductions and deliver toolbox talks
Attend and contribute to site meetings
Act as the point of contact for technical queries on site
Manage site traffic and logistics
Provide regular progress reports to Site Management
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 1+ year's experience in a similar role
Proven setting-out experience
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Full, clean driving licence
