Role Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Artic Driver to join our team based in North Dublin.
This is a full-time permanent position operating double decker articulated trucks on long-distance routes, primarily from Dublin to Cork and other locations nationwide.
This role typically involves one delivery per day, with the possibility of a return load depending on operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate double deck articulated vehicles on long-distance routes
Complete deliveries from Dublin to Cork and other nationwide locations
Ensure all loads are transported securely and efficiently
Carry out daily vehicle walkaround checks and report defects
Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and tachograph records
Comply with all road transport legislation and company policies
Represent the company professionally at customer locations
Requirements
Full Clean CE Licence (Category CE – Articulated Vehicle Licence)
Valid Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
Valid Digital Tachograph Card (Tacho Card)
Previous experience driving articulated vehicles (double deck experience advantageous)
Good knowledge of Irish road network
Strong safety awareness and compliance mindset
Good communication skills and professional attitude
