About SánasSánas provides an alternative respite service for children and young adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. Through our centres we provide a range of relaxing and engaging activities, as well as supporting engagement in local amenities.Job Purpose.To assist Centre management with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and in line with our values.To ensure that the recruitment process is timely and as efficient as possible and all records are maintained to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:· Coordinate the full recruitment cycle from placing the advertisement, screening applicants right through to onboarding of new staff for all Sánas locations.· Ensure all compliance checks, including reference and Garda vetting checks are in place for all new and existing staff (on a renewal basis).· Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.· Coordinate onboarding processes including contracts, induction plans and initial training.· Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract high quality candidates.· Ensuring staff records are maintained in line with current policies and procedures.· Assist with Interviews where required.· Any other relevant duty as directed.Person Specification Recruitment CoordinatorRole: (Part time, 20 hours per week)Location: Flexible depending upon successful candidate – option of Balbriggan, Finglas or Wicklow Town.What you bring?· Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role within recruitment or human resources.· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).· Attention to detail and ability to work independently.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Excellent planning and organisation skills.· A proactive hands on "can do" attitude.· Ability to demonstrate alignment with the values of SánasWhat you can expect working with us.· A competitive salary, dependent on experience.· Employee Assistance Programme.· Free onsite parking· Social events· Opportunity to join a growing and fun organisation that makes a difference to children and their families.Job Type: Part-timeExpected hours: 20 per weekBenefits:Company eventsEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
