Maintenance Operations Coordinator role involves strategic planning and coordination of maintenance activities. Key responsibilities include budget management, progress reporting, and ensuring safety protocols are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate maintenance activities with contractors and internal teams
* Manage budgets and report progress weekly, including issues and milestones
* Promote a safe working environment by ensuring all necessary documentation is available
* Supervise and mentor contractors/refinery staff to ensure work is carried out efficiently and safely
* Process requisitions, manage purchase orders, and settle invoices; resolve any contract cost discrepancies
Requirements:
* Relevant degree/diploma in engineering or equivalent craft qualification
* Proven experience in contract administration and management within a plant/refinery setting
* Strong leadership and team management skills to drive business objectives
* Proficiency in planning and finance/procurement software (Oracle preferred)
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal staff and contractor pool
