Head of Treasury Operations
Job Description:
A senior financial executive is required to lead the treasury operations for a global organization. The successful candidate will oversee the efficient management of cash and liquidity, ensuring effective controls and processes are in place.
This role will involve working closely with stakeholders across the business, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a high-performance treasury team, developing skills and competencies to drive strategic decision-making.
* Represent the treasury function on the EMEA Finance Leadership Team, driving engagement and collaboration across the region.
* Oversee EMEA cash management processes, positioning, intercompany financing and liquidity management within a continuous improvement environment.
* Manage EMEA bank account structure, fee structure and maximize operational functionality to support the ongoing banking needs of the organization.
* Develop and implement treasury cash management policies and procedures, ensuring a strong control environment.
Requirements:
* Experience as a financial executive with at least 5 years' experience in a publicly held global corporation.
* Significant international experience in finance-related issues, including leadership and decision-making.
* A background in treasury, economics or accounting with an emphasis on leadership and decision-making.
* Results-oriented leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong attention to detail, with ability to see overall picture.
