Role Summary Constellation Healthcare is seeking a Senior Speech and Language Therapist to take a leading clinical role within our multidisciplinary team in the Limerick/Clare region. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality SLT assessments and interventions, participating in AON assessments, contributing to ADOS evaluations, and supporting service development through bespoke SLT projects. The role also includes support and guidance for Staff Grade SLTs, contributing to clinical leadership, and ensuring alignment with best-practice standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality Speech and Language Therapy assessments and interventions in line with professional and organisational standards. Conduct AON assessments and work collaboratively with psychology and MDT colleagues to determine outcomes and recommendations. Participate in ADOS assessments, including joint scoring and discipline-specific observations. Attend MDT meetings and complete summary reports within required timeframes. Lead or contribute to bespoke SLT projects, including programme development, outcome measurement, and service enhancement initiatives. Provide clinical support to Staff Grade SLTs and contribute to service leadership as required. Design, deliver, and evaluate intervention programmes; supervise intervention delivery where appropriate. Prepare clear, concise, and professional clinical reports using standardised templates. Provide feedback to families, schools, and professionals, including delivery of diagnostic feedback when SLT-led. Manage caseload in accordance with monthly capacity submissions and organisational guidelines. Adhere to all communication, administrative, and governance protocols, including timely submission of reports and ADOS notes. Qualifications & Requirements Recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy. CORU registration (or eligibilityfull support provided for international professionals). Minimum 3yrs post-qualification experience in paediatric SLT practice, neurodevelopmental assessment, or related settings. Demonstrated expertise in clinical reasoning, assessment, and report writing. Experience leading projects, supervising clinicians, or contributing to service development is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
