Responsibilities Write and review high level code, and deploy systems that support the business needs Participate in UX & UI application design and architecture reviews on an ongoing basis Engage in an agile, interactive software development process Collaborate and work closely with business, product and engineering teams and general stakeholder Break down complex problems into simple, creative, and effective solutions that can meet business needs and requirements Build solutions for high availability, observability, and maintainability Provide support for the platform as and when required Experience required 10+ years of software engineering experience Expertise and someone coming from Frontend React/ Angular Frameworks Bachelors degree or higher in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering Knowledge of an object-oriented programming language with a proven track record of delivering high-quality data applications Experience designing & building web applications with a strong eye for UI / UX and intuitive functionality Knowledge of modern web programming frameworks (e.g. React), HTML, JavaScript & CSS Interest in finance, hard-working and eager to learn in a fast-paced, innovative commercial environment Strong communication skills for interacting with the wider team stakeholders.
Ability to think strategically and act tactically with a high level of attention to detail Demonstrated curiosity, analytical skills, and resourcefulness with a proven record of ownership and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
