Requirements:

* Minimum 3rd-level degree qualified in HR or business studies.

* 4+ years of experience in a HR Manager role or 6+ years in a Senior Level HR Business Partner role.

* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.

* Proven ER and IR knowledge and experience.

* Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
