This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Member Services Officer/Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Members will be provided with courteous, professional service via call centre, website/email, or back office support.
* Loan applications will be processed, and members will receive assistance with account management, and they will also act as a teller.
* Colleagues will be supported in achieving MCC accreditation and promoting sustainable energy initiatives.
Requirements:
* MSO Level: 1-2 years' experience; QFA/CUA incl Loans or APA in Loans; Savings & Investments /Pathways CU Diploma/ACCUP qualification.
* MSE Level: Minimum 2 years' working experience in a Financial Institution; QFA or CUA or APA in Loans & Savings and Investment or Pathways CU Diploma/ACCUP qualification.
