What Youll Do: Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
Design and deliver in-person & virtual events (approx. 5 per month) to engage key customers.
Collaborate with sales teams to drive cross-sell, upsell, and pipeline growth.
Manage agencies, budgets, and campaign performance, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Tailor global and regional campaigns for local markets to maximize impact.
Track ROI, KPIs, and engagement metrics to inform strategy.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, sales, and customer success.
Who You Are: 5+ years in Field Marketing/B2 B marketing, ideally 10+ years overall.
Experienced in international markets (Benelux, Middle East, Nordics).
Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
Strategic, data-driven, and focused on measurable outcomes.
Skilled at managing agencies and delivering campaigns independently.
Dutch language a plus; must hold a valid passport for travel.
