About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities of the branch, encompassing sales growth, inventory management, product merchandising, workplace safety and maintaining high retail standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze Sales performance of categories within the store to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
* Lead and Motivate Team members while ensuring all training requirements are fulfilled.
* Maintain regular communication with the Area Manager.
* Oversee operations, implement procedures and ensure best practice is upheld.
* Skillfully manage personnel, handle customer interactions, procure stock, conduct stock control, maintain product knowledge, oversee quality control, process transactions and collect outstanding payments. Manage purchasing groups, execute telesales efforts and maintain a clean working environment.
