With expertise in both Northern Ireland and cross-border real estate transactions, they provide integrated services through their Real Estate Group, closely collaborating with their Tax, Finance, Corporate, and Litigation teams.
Your New Role
In your new role as a Real Estate Associate, you will be part of an exceptional team whose services include everything from advising domestic and international clients on the acquisition and disposal of all types of interests in commercial and residential real estate from property portfolios to single asset transactions to advising investors and developers on the acquisition, development and disposal of residential multi-family/PRS/BTR schemes and providing ongoing advice to landlords and asset managers on residential landlord and tenant law.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Acting for leading market participants, domestic and international.
* Provision of legal and commercial expertise.
* Working as part of cross-border and interdisciplinary teams to advise on corporate activities.
* Actively engaging in business development and thought leadership initiatives and seeking out opportunities for new work.
* Drafting legal documents clearly and concisely, creating solutions using legal knowledge and commercial judgement to advise and support all of our clients.
* Attending networking and marketing events.
* Developing strong relationships with the firm's clients, ensuring the highest quality of service and acting in a diligent, responsible and professional manner.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* 2-5 years' relevant post-qualification experience (from a top tier law firm)
* Strong academic credentials
* Excellent analytical, technical, and drafting skills
* High level of commercial and business awareness
* A calm and measured approach to problem-solving
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Capacity to manage competing priorities and deadlines
* A growth mindset open to feedback
* Adaptability
