Arcadis DPS Engineering are seeking a Digital MMD Delta V Technical Lead for a pharmaceutical assignment located in Ballydine, Co.
Tipperary.
This is initially a 24-month contract.
Responsibilities SME for Delta V Hardware implementation & write User requirements for Delta V modules.
Review and Approve related Design Documentation.
Partner with local site project teams to scope changes on the Delta V system Participate in sprint teams for software development.
Participate in commissioning and qualification activities, including FATs, loop testing, onsite commissioning and testing.
Follow the SDLC Procedure to implement changes (covering RS updates, RTM Change control, Implementation and test).
Ensure software is implemented in a safe fashion with quality a necessary output.
Educate local project teams on automation standards as they relate to technology selection, system configuration, SDLC, validation, hardware, software environments and business processes.
Partner with internal Digital departments ensuring standard and secure implementation in line with company Standards Requirements BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical degree.
Training completed in Delta V standard and batch.
5 or more years of experience in Delta V application.
Proven record of proficiencies associated with business analysis on capital projects.
Excellent understanding of c GMP's, SDLC methodologies and LEAN/MPS/ 6 Sigma principles.
Excellent facilitation, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyse and define business problems, develop business cases, and identify appropriate process and technological solutions is essential.
Usual place of work will be in Ballydine, Ireland.
This is a site-based role.
The successful candidate may sometimes be required to attend meetings at Vendor premises as required.
