Reperio has partnered with a IT Support Engineer to join a leading Service Provider's growing technical team.
In this hands-on role, you will provide technical support across cloud systems, including Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, and server administration. You'll act as the first point of contact for clients, taking ownership of issues, troubleshooting effectively, and ensuring a high-quality service experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and respond to tickets in the IT Support queue.
2. Provide on-site and remote IT support to clients.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
4. Support and administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
5. Perform server, desktop, and laptop setups, maintenance, and repairs.
6. Document support processes to improve service desk efficiency.
Requirements:
7. Proven experience in an IT Support or Service Desk role.
8. Strong knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server administration.
9. Understanding of networking principles
10. Experience with Azure and endpoint management tools.
11. Relevant IT certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) are desirable.
12. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.
