Administrator Role
This role involves managing general office duties, ensuring accurate records and archives, planning and prioritizing tasks, communicating with various departments, maintaining confidentiality, promoting a customer-focused environment, receiving and processing incoming stock, and data entry for customer orders.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Managing administrative tasks such as typing memos and letters
o Maintaining accurate and readily available archives and records
o Planning, organizing and prioritizing assigned tasks
o Facilitating effective communication among departments
o Safeguarding data confidentiality at all times
o Contributing to a customer-centric work environment
o Receiving, sorting, counting and storing incoming stock
o Picking and assembling customer orders for dispatch
o Data entry and order processing for timely dispatch
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to maintain confidentiality. You should also have proficiency in data entry and order processing software.
