MICE Sales Manager Job
This role involves driving sales revenue and delivering growth for a hospitality business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, DMCs, PCOs and agencies.
* Create winning proposals and tailored pitches for meetings, incentives, conferences and events.
* Maintain an active presence on industry platforms and at networking events.
* Liaise with operations to ensure seamless event delivery.
Requirements:
* 3+ years sales experience in the MICE industry.
* Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
* Strong communication and relationship building skills.
* Event coordination knowledge and commercial acumen.
* Organised, proactive and tech-savvy hospitality or business degree preferred.
