AuxiliaGroup Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Operations Manager on behalf of our client, an established company within the engineering sector. This is a permanent opportunity based in Dublin. This role will offer a hybrid working model.
Role:
* Manage end-to-end HR lifecycle processes (onboarding, contracts, employee changes, mobility, leave management, offboarding).
* Oversee day-to-day HR service delivery and case management.
* Support development and implementation of people policies aligned to relevant employment legislation.
* Ensure compliance with right-to-work requirements, data-protection standards, audit requests, and regulatory reporting.
* Serve as HRIS lead for configuration, workflows, data quality, and reporting.
* Act as escalation point for employee queries requiring nuanced judgment and confidentiality.
* Partner with cross-functional peers to improve experience
* Lead process improvement, automation, and documentation initiatives.
* Benchmark processes against industry practice and internal feedback.
Requirements:
* 8+ years in HR operations, shared services, or people-services environment.
* Demonstrated experience managing HRIS and people-data processes.
* Proven track record improving HR processes and service delivery.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and data-protection standards across relevant jurisdictions.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and judgement.
* Experience working across diverse staff groups with varying operational needs and cultural backgrounds.
