Administrative Support Professional
The Accounts and Administration Assistant will provide administrative support to senior management and other staff as needed, schedule maintenance calls and coordinate customer call outs. They will be responsible for managing orders and invoices, assisting with accounting, budgeting, and bookkeeping tasks, and performing various other accounting and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide proactive administrative support to senior management and other staff members.
* Schedule maintenance calls and coordinate customer visits to ensure timely delivery of services.
* Manage and process orders and invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
* Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure accurate financial records.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physically and digitally.
Requirements:
* 3+ Years of Experience in a similar role.
* Any relevant qualifications would be advantageous.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
